CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have booked your session, if you need to cancel or reschedule it, you will find the link to do so on your booking confirmation email. Your payment will be transferred across to your new appointment if cancelled with 48 hours’ notice.

Any cancellations of less than the 48 hour notice period will not be refunded and will be treated as a new booking.

EMDR/ HYPNO-EMDR

Please be aware that in line with the EMDR protocol, you will need to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions as follows:

Session 1 – a 50 minute preparation session. Note there will be no bilateral stimulation (EMDR processing) during this session as it is primarily for assessment and preparation for EMDR
Session 2 – an extended 75 minute session where we will be using EMDR to process your event/ memory
Session 3 – a (usually) 50 minute follow up session either to close the therapy or to continue processing the same or a new event
